Right of Withdrawal

If you bought online or by phone, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 10 calendar days of receiving the product, with no need to give a reason, under Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24.240 and Resolution 424/2020.

For health and safety reasons, the product must be unopened, with its packaging, labels and security seals intact. Once we receive your request we will contact you to arrange the return and the refund.
